This lesson shows how to develop a 3-D butterfly with coils. I use a coiling Gizmo but if you know how to make coils another way it will also work if the 18 gauge wire can fit inside the coil.

• 26 gauge and 18 gauge wire

• Flush cutter
• Round nose pliers
• Coiling gizmo or other mandrel for making coils
